Over the course of 21 days, I will guide you through a carefully crafted curriculum, made up of 4 parts, taking you through functional breathing, nervous system regulation and healing modalities of breathwork.
The goal? To help you revolutionise your approach to managing your physical, mental and emotional state, and give you a deep understanding and embodied experience of how powerful your breath can be.
Throughout the course, there will be four live calls to bring the group together and answer and questions that you may have.

In part 1 we’re stripping it back to basics to firstly build a deep awareness of your breath. After this, we'll be exploring the different ways to create healthy and functional breathing habits, lookingyou at nasal breathing, the role of the diaphragm and CO2 tolerance. We’ll conclude the first 5 days by bringing together the practices we’ve learnt into a comprehensive practice.

In part 2 the focus is on complete relaxation. We'll be exploring six breathwork exercises that all have the ability to quickly shift you into a deep state of relaxation. To close this part of the course, we'll be bringing some of these exercises together give you the ultimate wind down session.

Breathwork is often associated with relaxation and calm, but that's not all we can do with the breath. In part 3, we will look at how we can use the breath to find energy, focus, and flow, as well as to boost our stress resilience and immune response.

Everyone can do this course! Breathwork is the most accessible tool we have at our dispoal to shift our state. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or if you're pregnant, please read the disclaimer and/or consult your doctor before taking part.
Yes! This course is suitable for beginners and those who are looking to go deeper into the world of breathwork
Absolutely! There may be some common themes covered, but I designed this to help everyone deepen their knowledge and practice of breathwork in an easy format.
The majority of the sessions are 10 minutes long, with the last few deeper sessions being 20-30 minutes long. The live sessions are once per week and are 60 minutes.
For the live version of this course, you will be doing a new practice daily - with the support of the group to build that habit. However, if you miss a day, you can always catch up. Access to the content will be open for one week after the course ends.
You get access for 28 days! This covers the initial 21 days, with an extra week to revisit and catch up on sessions.
You will be emailed the new content each day and you can access the content via the Kajabi website or app.
