Part 1 - Introduction & The Basics of Breathwork

In part 1 we’re stripping it back to basics to firstly build a deep awareness of your breath. After this, we'll be exploring the different ways to create healthy and functional breathing habits, lookingyou at nasal breathing, the role of the diaphragm and CO2 tolerance. We’ll conclude the first 5 days by bringing together the practices we’ve learnt into a comprehensive practice.

Day 4 - LSD Breathing
Day 5 - Putting it All Together
Day 6 - Building Your Daily Breathwork Practice

Part 2 - Return to Calm

In part 2 the focus is on complete relaxation. We'll be exploring six breathwork exercises that all have the ability to quickly shift you into a deep state of relaxation. To close this part of the course, we'll be bringing some of these exercises together give you the ultimate wind down session.

Part 3 - Energy + Resilience

Breathwork is often associated with relaxation and calm, but that's not all we can do with the breath. In part 3, we will look at how we can use the breath to find energy, focus, and flow, as well as to boost our stress resilience and immune response.

Part 4 - Go Deeper

Did you know you can use your breath to create altered states of consciousness, transcendent experiences and to even release stored emotions from your body? In the final part of the course, we explore these deeper modalities of breathwork.

Who is this course for?

Everyone can do this course! Breathwork is the most accessible tool we have at our dispoal to shift our state. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or if you're pregnant, please read the disclaimer and/or consult your doctor before taking part.

I'm new to breathwork, can I do this?

Yes! This course is suitable for beginners and those who are looking to go deeper into the world of breathwork

I've done breathwork for a while, will this be beneficial for me?

Absolutely! There may be some common themes covered, but I designed this to help everyone deepen their knowledge and practice of breathwork in an easy format.

How long are the sessions?

The majority of the sessions are 10 minutes long, with the last few deeper sessions being 20-30 minutes long. The live sessions are once per week and are 60 minutes.

Do I have to do it for 21 days in a row?

For the live version of this course, you will be doing a new practice daily - with the support of the group to build that habit. However, if you miss a day, you can always catch up. Access to the content will be open for one week after the course ends.

How long do I get access for?

You get access for 100 days! 

How do I access the content?

You will be emailed the new content each day and you can access the content via the Kajabi website or app.
