I designed this course to allow anyone to learn, understand and ultimately use their breath to transform their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to breathwork. Through understanding your own breath and the full spectrum of breathwork, you can build a powerful toolkit to manage your physical and mental wellbeing.
We're more stressed than ever and have more access to information than ever. This means we're able to understand and take responsibility for our nervous system state more than ever before, and our the breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to manage our physical, mental and emotional health.
In part 1 we’re stripping it back to basics to firstly build a deep awareness of your breath. After this, we'll be exploring the different ways to create healthy and functional breathing habits, looking at nasal breathing, the role of the diaphragm and CO2 tolerance. We’ll conclude the first 5 days by bringing together the practices we’ve learnt into a comprehensive practice.

In part 2 the focus is on complete relaxation. We'll be exploring six breathwork exercises that all have the ability to quickly shift you into a deep state of relaxation. To close this part of the course, we'll be bringing some of these exercises together give you the ultimate wind down session.

Breathwork is often associated with relaxation and calm, but that's not all we can do with the breath. In part 3, we will look at how we can use the breath to find energy, focus, and flow, as well as to boost our stress resilience and immune response.

Absolutely! There may be some common themes covered, but I designed this to help everyone deepen their knowledge and practice of breathwork in an easy format.
The majority of the sessions are 10 minutes long, with the last few deeper sessions being 20-30 minutes long.
You'll likely see the most benefits if you can create space for these sessions for 21 successive days, however, I know life can get in the way, so if you miss a day or two, don't panic!
You get access for 100 days! this will give you time to go through the sessions in order and then revisit the sessions that you love!
You will be emailed the new content each day and you can access the content via the Kajabi website or app.
